Minimum requirements: 

To be considered eligible for a private pilot license, you must meet certain criteria. Firstly, you must be at least 17 years old and have the ability to read, speak, and understand English fluently. Additionally, you must hold a current medical certificate and have at least 40 hours of flight time, with a minimum of 20 hours of flight instruction and 10 hours of solo flight.

To get your private pilot license, you’ll need to complete a training program at a flight school or training center.
